ADULT ONLY PARK

NEW - New development of 19 new pitches!

Set in 100 acres of rolling Anglesey farm land.
With it's small size and private location it feels more like a peaceful rural community than a 'typical' caravan site.

If you're looking for peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings, Dronwy is the place for you.A haven of peace and quiet, Dronwy Caravan Park is set in the grounds of an historic Grade II listed farmhouse and is surrounded by 100 acres of rolling farmland and mature woodlands.

Whilst the park has been here for some 40 years it has recently been extensively renovated and re-fitted. It now boasts individually metered mains gas and electricity to all of its caravans.

A key feature of our site is that it has been carefully designed and laid out with your peace and privacy in mind. Our plots are unusually widely spaced and our decks do not directly overlook each other. This all adds up to a more relaxing atmosphere.

Our truly unique feature though is that we do not sell caravans to families with young children. This means that you can relax out on your decking knowing that ball games, cycling and noise will not be a problem to you.

Grandchildren are welcome, but must be kept on a tight leash!

Well behaved dogs are welcome, but must be kept under control at all times and use the area provided for them
Around the Site
Being surrounded by fields and mature woodlands a wide variety of wildlife can be seen daily. These include Pheasants, Buzzards, Woodpeckers and if you are really lucky one of the Barn Owls patrolling the fields.
We also have our two resident Peacocks who can often be seen strutting around the site in the hope of being fed!

Away from the site Anglesey has much to ineterest the keen bird or wildlife spotter, boasting thriving colonies of Peregrine Falcon, Chough and Ravens. It's cliffs and beaches are a magnet for dolphin and seal watchers in the Summer.

This is NOT a caravan park where you can rent a caravan but for owners only. It is also a site for the over fifties and grandchildren are allowed (but on a lead - site owner's words not mine). Dogs are welcome but MUST be well behaved and kept on a lead within the Caravan Park. The distance between the caravans is very spacious and caravans are not overlooked like many are on other sites. The Site is approximately 7 miles from Valley on the Isle of Angelsey near the village of Llanfachraeth. The Site Owners are extremely friendly and look after the site really well. The facilities on the site include a small laundary (washing maching and tumble dryer) and WiFi connection. There are no other facilities e.g. shop, club house etc so this is a site for those who know how to entertain themselves. If you are looking for a caravan site that is really quiet and relaxing then look no further than Dronwy - you will not be disappointed.
